What we collect

Toybox is a tool for tracking your motorcycles, setups, rides, and maintenance. We collect only what you enter into the app: machine details (year/make/model/VIN), setups (clicker positions, tire PSI, components), ride logs, maintenance items, document uploads, and rider profile info (weight, skill, style). We also capture your email address for sign-in.

How we use it

• To run the features you use — nothing else.
• When you click an outbound retailer link, we log the click (which product, which context) so we can track affiliate attribution. The click itself goes to the retailer with standard UTM parameters; we do not share your other data with them.
• When you use the AI tuning coach, we send the relevant subset of your data (current machine, sag, setup, ride complaint) to Anthropic's API to generate suggestions. The suggestion and whether you rated it helpful are stored locally.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
• We do not serve ad-network ads.
• We do not share your rides or setups with other users unless you explicitly share a link.

Your controls

• You can export your maintenance logs at any time (CSV).
• You can delete any machine, ride, setup, or document from inside the app.
• You can delete your account by emailing support — we'll confirm and purge all your data within 30 days.
