Is it free?
Yes — the free plan covers 1 bike, 5 post-ride tuning suggestions, and 10 Ask Rick turns, which is plenty to decide if it works for you. Pro is $4.99/month (or $39/year) for unlimited everything, with a 7-day free trial. Your data is always yours to export.
Does the AI really know suspension?
It's good at the common patterns — harsh chop, bottoming, headshake, shock packing, front push. It knows whether your fork is air or coil, whether you have HSC adjusters, and will refuse to give clicker advice when your sag says you need a different spring. It's not a replacement for a pro tuner; it's a second opinion.
Does it work offline?
The mobile app caches your machines, setups, and recent rides. Logging a ride with no signal queues up and syncs when you're reconnected.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do log outbound clicks to retailer links (so we can maintain a partnership for commissions), but those events are tied to your account only. No third-party analytics, no ad networks, no data brokers.
